"I was addressing the subject of "situational ethics", a phrase that conservatives use to denigrate liberals, and using the example of a U.S. citizen being denied due process by the Bush Administration" So...do you believe that Liberals and Conservatives BOTH use situational ethics!!! Or is it just Conservatives (and you)??
