Hi CG. I don't think Maurice ever said that Jews are the superior race. He simply points out that Ashkenazi Jews are smarter than average.

That's not a matter of dispute, if you look at population IQs, Nobel prizes, etc. There is even a theory on why this is so: the European Christian persecution of Jews pushed them into occupations that required lots of brainpower for survival. They have even identified genes that promote such brain power, though also cause some of the more terrible Ashkenazi-specific illnesses.

Sephardic Jews on the other hand are pretty average. Their genes are pretty much identical to their Arab brethren.
