”The preliminary injunction bars any use of the confidential technical and business information in the misappropriated QUALCOMM documents, including by the exploitation of such information in the marketing, sales or development of Broadcom's current or future products. It is a court order, the violation of which could result in a finding of contempt.

I read this as saying that Broadcom cannot use any of the material that they have from Qualcomm to sell current products (say quote Q's specs) or develop new products (you cant pass around source code). JMO, I think if this was an injunction against Broadcom selling WCDMA chipsets that Q would have spelled it out very clearly in the title or opening line of the press release.
