Rob, you are right about the timing. An announcement regarding the SEC approval will come some time in Oct. and probably not next week. There is a lot of information and potential for a nice gain here. I'm afraid that most people don't understand that this is a merger and not a reverse split. A lot of people also do not understand the size of TPG as compared to LUNN. Once these issues are understood by the general public, the stock will have appreciated in price to reflect the value of this new company.
