Hi Ken,

TSYS is within MBR & it remains "interesting".<g>

It is selling around 2.6xBV with no significant LTD. Insiders reportedly hold more than 15% albeit have been doing some selling.<g>

It has had 4Qs of better revenues & has now reported on the black column in the first 2Qs. The EE for 2006 are around $0.30 vs, loss of $0.11 in 2005. For 2007 EE are around $0.40 It has +CF of $0.20

It needs to close above its April H of 3.40 The short interest is around 4.5x the average trading V of 180Ks but has come down 40% in last month. Will see if the announced pact with LU will help the results of the 3rdQ.<g> (It seems results should be better than the $0.02 loss in 2005 )

I take it that you don't think the Sept. 12 upgap is of any concern.<g>

If the RSI & OBV keep increasing the $5 target seems OK.<g>
