Well, Pro..you told me the other day that the proposed constitutional amendment provded a "constitutional guarantee for cloning" to quote you. I posted the text of the amendment and pointed out where it banned closing and egg sales....and noted where the amendment indicated that the State standards could not be less tha Federal standards. (hint, hint). I asked you where the constitutional guarantee for cloning was in the amendment text. You never responded.

Or, are you just parroting somebody else? If the Federal guidelines for stem-cell use don't provide a guarantee for closing, then the Missouri text does not either. it does not allow cloning and it must mimic the federal guidelines as far as limitations on use...

Chapter and Verse backing up your statement please.
