Let me start by recapping the highlights of the 7/29/97 conference
call:
1.Signed 3 new customers for the 3rd qtr,6-7 new customers by the
end of the 4th qtr.
2.Short term pressure on sales growth, some sequential growth in 3rd
qtr.
3.Eurotec sub(plastic molding and stamping) is at 35% capacity
.Eurotec seeking ISO certification asap
.should be at full capacity by end of 1998 or 1999
.very little capital required to get to 100% capacity
.currently 8 customers and annual revenues about $8 million
My views
1.A devaluation of the peso will help exports from Mexico,a reasonable
bet
2.3rd qtr eps of $.24-.29
3.My target price range is $14-18 over the next 12 months, provided
the market holds up
Alex Brown has a target of $14 over the next 7 months(research report
dated 5/1/97).
OFF TOPIC-I would suggest reading NTAIF's rights offering(via Edgar).
I found a number of facts surprising.
