Israel has got a large Arab population living in it. They are NOT being ethnically cleansed, though they do get to enjoy the mod cons of Israel, including electricity supplies and hot and cold running water, so can cleanse themselves any time they like.
But, it would be nice to go to a Jewish massage/steam bath place and have a good ethnic cleansing and laying on of hands, so maybe that is popular in Israel. en.wikipedia.org
