The low of 10/27 is the presumed wiggle 1st down. If it gets taken out, the odds should be pretty good for new highs. THis did not happen on SPX and NDX, but COMPX and indu did take out the corresponding low.

So... dunno. We have a wiggle conundrum. Keeps me still in the Neutral club, I guess - for the moment... ;)

edit - I should say 10/27 MORNING lows
