Jim, I really don't know when to expect this. I do believe it COULD be Monday, but tend to think it would be maby Wednesday or Thursday and again it may be a fromality and wouldn't be known untill Monday the 6th at 10pm on the SC update recording. I don't know why 10pm but thats the time as I understand it.

Bill Said this and I quote, speaking of The Cheap Investor which was mailed out Friday, " We also have a BIG update on Fonar which traded VERY WELL this week, closing at $3.25 . The SC should review the appeal on Monday and come back some-TIME by October 6th with their decision."

That leads me to believe it might be WEDNESDAY or THURSDAY, but FOR SURE by OCT 6th.
