Alright friends. I just spoke to Dexter today. Left him a message, and he called me back a few hours later. What a great CEO to take the time to return a call from small fry investor like me.

This call was very important. Obviously we need to know what's coming in 2007, so that we can all add, hold, or just get out. Here's the quick questions and answers.

1. Are we thinking about getting the AF's in the near future?

Answer: CPA's are being interviewed at this time.

2. How much will the AF's cost LBWR in 2007?

Answer: 40k for the entire year.

3. When can we expect the move to the OTC?

Answer: If all goes well, then by the end of the first quarter.

4. How much will it cost in accounting fees to maintain filing requirements.

Answer: 20k per year.

5. Would management consider lowering the o/s through share retirement or buyback.

Answer: Yes. After the move to the OTC.

6. Are there any more bids in the pipeline?

Answer: Yes. But no word yet on any of them.

7. Will there be a Labwire shareholder's meeting in 2007.

Answer: Yes. Probably mid summer.

So....there you have it. Nothing is in stone, but those are some very good answers. I guess the speculation comes in trying to figure out what is really going to occur, and how profound an effect it will have on the current pps. I'm going to hold, and add as we go over the next few months.

P.S. Sorry it was so long between updates.
