I too am still researching div capture to see if and how it works.

Seems to me the goal would be:

1) buy stock with high div (8-10%+ annual/ 2-2.5%+ qtr)
2) very stable stock (no greater than 5-10% diff from yr high and low)
3) BE CAREFUL about wide BID/ASK spread! Some can be as much as 2-3%
e.g. price 25 1/2, BID 25, ASK 26 !!!
