The GOP has been supressing minority and college voters all across the country. In Ohio 2004 and Florida 2000 it was the main way they stole the elections. Part of those scams was sending anonymous letters to black families telling them to go to the wrong precinct to vote, or telling them that if they had registered through the democratic party they were't legal, etc.

These methods are straight out of the Jim Crow racist southy and Karl Rove sets the example. He is now the boss of the entire GOP across the country and he is the biggest cheater in the history of modern politics.
