Don't be coy. When Delay went through the primary, he lived in Texas. Right up to the point where he decided it was not a good idea for him to run anymore, he had legal residence in Texas. Only after he pulled out was is "discovered" that he had left the republicans up the creek without a paddle....they couldn't substitute a candidate on the ballot. What are you trying to say? Delay decided to move to Virginia after standing for election in the Primary? Just out of the blue?

Of course not. They screwed up big time. They thought they could get another safe republican on the ballot. They mistimed it and after trying to fight it in court, gave up....and now they are sunk in that district.

Don't be coy..Pro, old boy. This is one the republicans (especially Delay) sunk on themselves.
