I didn't say "teacup" frivolously. While I appreciate that your Judeofascists would like nothing more than the extermination of Islam, I feel practical considerations, particularly as far as the US is concerned, are militating against this at present.

The Iraq war has been a disaster both for the US and the US neofascists, Afghanistan is unresolved and the Israeli-Lebanon war achieved nothing for Israel, in fact, most observers regard it as a win for Hezbollah. A war with Iran now would compound these problems and would solve nothing for Israel, indeed it would not even remove the nuclear threat. Further, I read that many important commentators in the US, although not Bush, are now seriously talking about a US withdrawal from Iraq and, most importantly, are saying that the Israeli-Palestinian conflict must be resolved by the return of Israel to the pre-1967 boundaries. For all these reasons, I would say it would not be propitious for Israel to mount a strike against any Muslim country in the foreseeable future and especially a strike which involved the US.
