It is just a something briefly overheard in the office at this point. Nothing cirtain. I thought someone else here would know and could tell me more, although- IF- it does happen it will not surprise me. With all their cash I am trying to figure out what they need the money for at this early point.

It may just be increasing authorized shares to be sold much later. Will have to wait and see.
