I do sometimes analyze things in great detail, perhaps "overanalyze" or "to death" applies in some cases, but I really don't think it does in this case. My point was a pretty simple one. I'm not actively taking Tae Kwon Do right now but I got up to a brown belt ranking before I stopped. I probably should get back in to it. It kept me in shape. But I might have to organize my time and budget better to be able to start up again.
