150 DUV lasers to ASMLF. from Cymer, as of now. Regarding the analysts, it could only be either they have not done their homework, or they do have an ulterior motive.

As we all know Cymer has disputed the analysts contentions. The info I've provided would seem to back up Cymer's position, not the analysts. I hope this has helped.

PS. If you remember in the CC, the opening announcement by Dr. Akins was ( I believe ), business is strong, orders are strong etc etc.
Perhaps the analysts just downgrade as a precaution, until backlog becomes clearer ( ie did Nikon / Canon double order to insure product ).
