Dell Inc. (DELL : dell inc com 3:24pm 10/31/2006 DELL(24.38, +1.01, +4.3%) shares rose one day after UBS analyst Ben Reitzes on Monday raised his rating on the company's stock to neutral from reduce. Reitzes also raised his price target on Dell to $25 from $20, but said he made the move solely on what he sees are improving margins for the personal-computer giant. "We believe that ASPs (average-selling prices) have improved modestly and checks for higher margin servers and storage are somewhat favorable," Reitzes wrote in a research note.
