I was rereading my post and was about to put in a <G> or two to make it less offensive, so I offer my apologies to you too! I know what you mean about being on the witness stand...one puts up a post here and in come the questions, attacks, etc. and one cannot help but become defensive. Nuances, as you noted, are almost impossible to convey.
One thing I've learned here is that, after a while, there are those you come to respect, and who you know would never mean any harm. In my book, these include yourself, Glenn Rudolph, Sector Investor [edited], Emile Vidrine recently [edited], Tim Luke, and many others. We all lose it sometimes, but in general the analyses you guys post are amazing.
Anyway, thanks for checking out our home page. It needs work, but it is a start. We do primarily commercial litigation (note our partial list of clients). I also spent some time as Acting General Counsel at a high-tech company.
Have to get back to my kids.
