Over-promising and then under-delivering, that's what has hit Century so hard recently imho ... i suppose luck plays a part, there's always unforeseeable stuff, but you always wonder how much management traits come into it, sometimes it's pretty clear they're the main reason .... but as Walt used to say, there are no pessimistic geos out there, it's the conviction that you've got the motherlode right in front of you that kicks you out of bed in the morning to get to it ... lot of things are like that - in june i told my wife i'd have a particular building done by august, so far i've got the foundation in, lol The ngt.v/Alamos guys delivered big, and then some, but it took longer than planned ... remember all that stuff for months - financing difficulties, water rights, the legal thing with the few ejido members ... so it goes ... probably the way we can communicate and get info so instantly now is distorting our sense of what time should bring us, raising expectations beyond the deliverable ... to an extent, eh
