Okay, despite over 20 years of investing I still come up with newbie questions. Who is really buying LMRA shares? A month ago or so the daily volume was something like 40,000 shares. Today's volume was about 18,000,000, which is about the total shares in the company (including those held by insiders). Does anyone know, or know how to find out, what percentage of today's trades were simply chaos? It could be 100% day traders, but I hope that ain't so. Is there some foundation being built here? Is there anyway to tell without waiting for some monthly or quarterly ownership update?
