How absurd that SI is loaded with posts at this time where liberals are accusing conservatives of situational ethics with regard to wire tapping, detention of prisoners, suspension of due process, and myriad other allegations. You, of course, have simply missed these scores of posts and you have no idea that this is going on. You are sincerely nonplussed by my disagreement with your assertion. How confusing, eh Allen? What on earth is Solon talking about? Not one liberal has ever accused conservatives of "situational ethics". This is something that conservatives accuse liberals of. Doesn't Solon know this?
