No need to tell me that his immediate family was middle-class. Very few "middle-class kids" have rich extended families that takes takes them on extravagant vacations and pays their way through exclusive private schools. Doesn't matter whether the money is from the immediate family or the extended family. The point is that Kerry has done very well for himself with money he himself did not earn.
