Mr. Glen Dickson reports

GOLD-ORE COMPLETES FULL EXERCISE OF WARRANTS

All Gold-Ore Resources Ltd.'s warrants issued pursuant to a brokered private placement dated Feb. 17, 2006, were exercised for net proceeds of $1.5-million (see news release in Stockwatch dated Sept. 26, 2006).

The company thanked the warrantholders for their continued support provided through the exercise of the warrants.

Bjorkdal gold mine, Sweden

The company continues to make significant progress on the phase I program at the Bjorkdal project. Underground diamond drilling is continuing with two drills turning and to date; 5,700 metres (67 holes) have been completed. The drills continue to intersect significant gold values and assay results from a further 25 to 30 holes will be released in the next few weeks.

Tunnelling to provide access for the drills is now complete. A small test mining program is taking place on the Victoria vein. This test sample will help determine continuity of grade and also provide some high-grade plant feed.

Engineering studies to evaluate capital and operating costs are under way. The Bjorkdal plant is continuing to produce gold at an average monthly rate of 1,750 ounces per month (21,000 ounces per year).
