John Kerry meant exactly what he said. He has always been out for himself and only for himself. That is why he cut and run from Viet-Nam. Left his men. Worked on citations for his medals and many years later was still beefing up the citations.... Poor character...... No hero.... should have been courts-martialed under the Articles of War.......
