The history of Politics.... My political science professor in college said that the history of politics is "the history of people doing stupid things". Its been this way since 1776 and is unlikely to change any time soon. eg. FRD's idea to change the spelling of the word "through" to "thru". He said that it would save gov. employees time and ink expenses, besides being a common sense proposal. Jerome
