Well put and ditto's. (:-o All things being equal I would like to avoid the great American crap shoot known as the American judical system. Last I heard the two had not agreed to binding arbitration or a jury trial. Meanwhile the expense of defending the company against Guidant and also litigating Guidant has caused the SG&A line to ramp the past several quarters. This is an expensive and relatively risky route! The alternative however is much, much worse. The only other comfort is that if there were no litigation the technology would probably be worthless. A curious side note here thrown out for one and all. Johnson & Johnson is working on/selling a device for MIS for saphenous vein harvesting. I didn't see their name on the lawsuit. What do you do if you are GSI and JNJ wants to sell a product in this market? Complicated of course by the fact that JNJ is a big partner of yours (GSI). GDT will keep selling the Vasoview in this field- would JNJ do the same? Regards
