The "lower level employees" need to avoid starvation. You are confusing being the least bad of very bad options with "alliance". >> "Number one threat to the world" doesn't equal and really isn't even strongly related to "lowest possible credibility". I am sorry, I thought you meant how credible we are as champions of human rights and freedom. I suppose as the nation who props up drug dealers and creates chaos and disaster everywhere it steps, we may be very credible...heck, one could claim that Satan has credibility on doing evil...
