I read the amendments on the screen trying to compare each to my memory of the original and to each other. All three seemed the same in significant details. Found in the process that ain't the way to do it. Bond's ruthless expenditure of trees is.

Taking a little longer to announce the merger may be a good thing stock price-wise. Gives time for TPG's contracts to become more public knowledge as well as for investors-at-large to assimilate the merger implications. No matter how you look at it, it is not a reverse split. In a reverse split you end with fewer shares of the same whole. In this instance you end with fewer shares of a much greater whole. That realization alone should be worth a quarter or so to LUNN's share price.
