Sparky,

I don't have any strong feelings about the stock movement up or down within the next few weeks until the earnings report comes out. I think there are two forces at work that could make it wander, both up and down. For me, I am not going to sell now. I have held it since June of 1996. I am going to keep it at least until the first of the year to to get the long term gain tax rate of 20 percent. Furthermore, I am convinced FSII is going to do extremely well in the long term (2 to 3 years). I bought at 13 and I think it will go to 130 or better in just a few years. If I am right, a person can't do much better than that. Then I will have a "10 bagger" just like Joe. <g>. Joe are you listening?

FY-98 projected earnings are still a relatively low value compared to many other stocks. This is holding the price down. The potential of the company is very great. That is pushing the price up. I think this upcoming Quarterly Report is going to be extremely important for the near term price performance of the stock. One of the possibilities, however, is that the QR will be "in the middle", not particularly good or bad. Then the stock may not do much, up or down, in the near future.

Regards,

Don W.
