Call me confused.......Is it really that "easy" to cut out the "middlemen" who are Q's customers?? Then it will happen elsewhere too?

Where else do they want that besides Mainland China?

It's not just spectrum and regulation... It's China. The State owns the broadcasters, The State owns Q's customers, The State still attempts to plan and control Communication, prevailing political forces are still of the generation that is passing.

But I once got a decent thank-you from the broken-English-writing young editor of a [censored] Chinese telecom newsletter, at the end of a few e-mails about the ban on CDMA450, for reminding him of the full lyrics of "The Times, They Are a-Changin'"
