I have never said that AMD doesn't do CMP and tungsten plugs and local interconnect. AMD does do CMP and W plugs, just not very well (at least for now). Before you offer criticism, I suggest you read posts carefully. I am quite familiar with AMD's process (more than press releases and web site slides) as well as the processes it is derived from.
