I question the sincerity of john kerry's apology. In previous encounters with public office holders I have spanked the culprits who say "I apologize to anyone offended by my remarks"....... this is what I refer to as a conditional apology.... A true apology is one that basically says I am sorry for what I said........ john kerry has once again failed to take full responsibility for his remarks.....
