According to the 8-K, and the subsequent press release,Samel and Yamine Sem have not sold SEMCO MANUFACTURING INC., to PLNI.

So what were all those Semco revenue forecasts in earlier PLNI press releases based on if it was not for a manufacturing operation?

It now appears the PLNI is simply a distributor of products made by Semco Manufacturing Inc.
