Yup! Just another example. The DVAX shinannigans was especially disappointing to me. Add in the back dating of options by some obnoxciously morally impaired managements and ........well maybe it is time to get out and sit on the sidelines for awhile. I do not mind getting trounced on bad news on a stock (well I mind but can accept it), but when it becomes a rigged game where the small retail investor has no chance on the games some of these companies play, well that's is unacceptable. I fear our country from the top down has accepted a morality that some of us did not grow up in.
