Well Phil, then you are a fool.

You sound like an impatient little nitwit. If you premise your investing on an immediate expectation of news with every company, particularly penny stocks, then you will suffer more ulcers than successful trades. As for your "investing for years", I have seen experienced investors lose everything from their impatience. Your years indicate little to me when you are crying for news after you have only been in the stock for two weeks or so and it is KNOWN that the negotiations are ongoing. A CEO owes no duty to his shareholders to distribute information as soon as it happens. His duty is to act in the best interests of his company. And if that means holding news until a more favorable time to release it, then he should do so. What if the person he just signed wins the Ryder Cup. Wouldn't it be better to time that news? (And I do not know anything like that so don't spread rumors. I am just saying there are all kinds of reasons for holding news for a short period of time). I still stick to my original advice. Take a chill pill. If you feel differently, then get out of this stock and take your impatience to another one. Even technical traders who get in and out quickly must show great patience and wait for the right window of opportunity. Your impatience undercuts any investing savvy you might have. I hope your words don't mislead others out of ACCY.
