The charts on the energy funds.

From what I can see on the stocks that are charted below is that almost all are just a little ways above price support.

This suggests to me that there may be more downside, but just a little.

Placing a buy order at support or just above seem appropriate with the hope that price bottoms at support and you get filled. Which will likely be the case, Then a stop can be place just under support leaving a low risk trade on the table.

Another thought would be to wait on confirmation that an uptrend has occurred, in case of the falling knive senirio.
