Those would seem to be the shares set aside for Lynch & Goombahs to buy their way in to RSHN. Since that didn't or isn't going to happen, it would appear to me that they are retiring them back to the treasury. Doesn't sound like a bad deal to me. The shares are not going to be dumped into the market or otherwise become part of the float. John :-) .
