Patchie, floorless convertible PIPE deals don't just materialize out of thin air. It's not hard to tell when you're opening yourself up to abusive shorting and frankly if you're entrusted with the investment dollars of thousands of shareholders, you bear some responsibility if you let a thief in the back door to ransack the company.

And that's not even getting into the whole matter of responsibility for mismanaging a company to the point where you can't obtain funding from more reputable sources.

The true victims in these deals are the shareholders. All I'm saying is that when the time comes to answer to them, company management doesn't deserve the free ride you seem to think they do.
