Listen, you said: There probably wasn't a very good chance to get him at Tora Bora. If he was there (and yes there is a good chance he was) he may have left before we attacked, and would almost certainly have left by the time we could have surrounded and shut down every possible escape route. I mean where are you getting the information about Tora Bora? Been there or just making it up?
