When I priced installation on my little beach bungalow, my end came out to 18k. I almost pulled the trigger, but then got laid off.. Answer #2 - Those new super capacitor rechargable cars with MASSIVE government subsidies and incentives. All it takes is leadership, but it's not going to be Bush doing the leading here.
