Thanks for the news release on Avamar.

Supply chain software revenue is $1.1 billion per year. Outstanding number of shares is about 460 million. Liquidity event is $28.5 million plus escrow of $3.3 million. translates to about 7 cents per share gained from venture capital investment.

The goal is to get 5%($55 million) profit from $1.1 billion revenue. And make money doing venture capital as well.
