This is just the turnaround phase as the stock recovers from the selloff and extreme pessimism that has been the driving force for so many months. It took a level of achievement from management to follow through on their commitment to get operations restarted. The market is now sitting in a wait-and-see mode. Once GPXM demonstrates that they can deliver on the production phase, then we will be positioned to see a real gain in the share price. Mining at 100 tpd should not be a huge challenge, but this is a small operation and a challenging environment. The people at the mine are experienced and first class operators so I am optomisitic. The mill represents a very low risk IMO. I believe they will have a short learning curve to get to 90% recovery efficiency and there is redundant capacity to handle 100tpd easily. So I think we will see a plateau in the share price for the next few weeks as investors await confirmation that the operations are running smoothly. Once a production update proves that they have the project running to spec, and generating stong cash flow, then its game on for real. I trust the management of the company, and know that the project is for real. I also believe that the bottom is in, and the upside potential from here is at least a double by xmas. So lets just say that I know I am fortunate to have got on board at the right time, but I think there are good reasons to be confident for longer term success. cheers! COACH247
