I sat down with my little man tonight and we had a good talk. I asked how he came to his decision and he gave me a fairly analytical response....I was impressed. He said "dad - I did nothing yesterday or today to deserve being hit." "I just decided that I didn't want to keep getting hit each day so I did what I thought I had to do to end it." Those were his exact words - the kid is 7 and I already think he's smarter than me. If this continues soon I'll be calling him dad
