as glad as I am to see you here, and as much as it pains me to point this out, your flamingo may not be transparent enough for the draft. I would love to have them, so let's see if my facts are wrong.

Do they use signature stock transfer? Will they give out all or some of the info? Are they perhaps fax or e-mail only?

Also, I don't see any reports or filings on pinksheets at all. If they were there, then we could pull from them.

Do they perhaps post their capital structure on their website? We have never used this before, but your pps looks very good, and the capital structure you have seems on target (even though it did not seem to matter for CSHD!).
