I heard back from Signature. The A/S was higher than Mr. Hrncir of Nucon indicated. In a separate email, Jason said that dates of restrictions being lifted would need to come from the company. Given that they started trading in May, I would think that would be the date to lift restrictions. Here's the email from Signature on NNRF:
