re PWE I frequently am early. I thought that this company as an oil company was pretty cheap at $36.5 so I couldn't even envision it going under 33. At these levels don't be surprised if a major oil company puts together a takeover bid at $40. This is now my second largest position after SIL, which though selling at
$15.50 I have valued around $50.
