Randy - You may be seeing the picture more clearly than I am even though we are both reading the same information. Do you read the piece as follows: They won't have to wait until Dec.28 because of the way they are presenting Paxene to the FDA for approval? In addition, do you have any experience with other bio-tech companies that were in the position of attempting to present a drug that was nearly like another drug, but not quite the same, and therefore they were free to market it not withstanding that other drugs Orphan Drug Status? Huh! I hope that last question made sense <g> , I am afraid to go back and re-work it. BTW - I own a bunch of other BioTechs/Tech but have never been in this kind of spot. Mad at myself for gettin into this kind of thing. Regards, John McCarthy
