Pcyhuang about my model and yours,

My model demands confirmation or at least a hint, because without the hint of an uptrend the security could go down oversold for ever. Perfect example is ENRON, williams % r was over sold for a very long time before the bottom.

I like the comfort of following price action, this is also the plan of Jack Chan which I am a deciple,

His plan and mine is to wait on Macd or a trendline break or both. This gives you the hint that the move is starting and gives you a low risk entry.

Without a known stop before entry is too risky, control of risk is my number one priority, nothing is more important, I never loose more than 5% or so on a trade, Jack Chan uses 3%. I will not enter over 5% risk, I fudge up a little myself but not much more,

My entry on gold Came on Oct. 13 with this post saying a low risk entry was avalable on that day. I am also up 8% or so.

By looking at your williams percent r 14 all the stock in the group are at high levels,[over bought] does this mean you will exit now?
